Team Retreats

God in the Mess invites Third Culture Kids (TCKs) on a powerful journey of discovering how God meets them right in the middle of life’s uncertainties. Whether they're navigating a new culture, wrestling with identity, or feeling the ache of transition, this curriculum reminds them that they are deeply known, loved, and called—even in the mess.

Grounded in Scripture and designed for children worldwide, these sessions incorporate stories, games, and imaginative reflections to help children recognise God's presence and activity in every aspect of their lives.

“This material was a great starting point for our TCK program. We used it with ages 3–18 over three days. It’s flexible, thoughtful, and packed with practical ideas—including ways to involve parents. Highly recommend!”
— Yvonne Francis

God in the Cracks is a powerful journey through the emotional landscape of the Third Culture Kid experience. This reflective curriculum helps children and teens name the invisible cracks left by transition, shifting relationships, and loss—and invites them to discover how God gently fills those places with His presence, grace, and healing.

Grounded in Scripture and shaped for honest conversations, this interactive program gives TCKs space to process their stories, build resilience, and encounter a God who sees them deeply and meets them right where they are.

“This curriculum gave our kids language for emotions they didn’t know how to express—and the reassurance that God is with them even in the in-between. It opened up powerful conversations we hadn’t had before.”
— TCK Program Leader, Asia-Pacific Conference
